When comparing furnished accommodation, look beyond the nightly rate. The apartment’s size, layout and everyday amenities all affect how well it fits your trip.
1. How long is your stay?
For a short visit, location and an easy arrival may matter most. For a longer stay, a kitchen and laundry facilities can make everyday life easier. City Suites 3, 5 and 6 each have a washing machine.
Check the details of the specific apartment: amenities are not identical in every unit.
2. How many guests are travelling, and what layout works?
Compare guest capacity and sleeping arrangements together. City Suite 2 is a studio. Only City Suites 3 and 5 have a separate bedroom; the other apartments do not have a separate sleeping room. Published maximum occupancy ranges from three to six guests.
Review the photos and description for the apartment you are considering to see whether its layout suits your group.
3. What is included in the accommodation?
Tammer Huoneistot apartments have an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV, bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation information. Still check the details of your chosen apartment and the booking summary.

4. Where in Tampere would you like to stay?
Tammer Huoneistot apartments are in central Tampere or nearby. City Suite 2 is on Pellavatehtaankatu in the city centre, while City Suite 6 is on Sorinsilta. City Suite 1 on Mustanlahdenkatu is in a different part of the city centre from most of the other apartments.

5. When is a booking actually confirmed?
